Why, yes please.

I have to go tomorrow and fill out a criminal background check, which I’ll pass and also fill out some sort of personality test which might be harder to pass.

I hope its not one of thos “scenario” tests, like…

You catch your coworker stealing. You:

a) Call the cops.

b) Pretend you saw nothing.

c) Alert your supervisor immediatly.

d) Confront your coworker about their motives.

I hate those kinds of tests. I always end up feeling like telling my supervisor is not the first thing I should do but sometimes its the only answer that sounds somewhat rational. Plus I think the fact that the questions are so generic makes them hard to answer honestly.
