a bright collection of strange victories

Well friends. I’m here, and still going by the name Gracie Lou Photo.
Update: Yesterday I did photos for a wonderful family. It’s been a while since I’ve done a family session and it was really great to be back at it. Hopefully, I’ve got a couple more portrait jobs lined up. But hey, let’s be honest. That’s probably not the part you’re interested in. So, I’ve taken the liberty of putting together a list of things you’ll hopefully find more interesting to read.
Interesting things: —I’ve updated my page and made it slightly more aesthetically pleasing and thrift store/vintage/hipster chic. Let’s face it. That’s what everybody wants. —In the near future I may call upon you few but faithful followers to help pick a new name for the business. Gracie Lou may be cute but it’s confusing to people that don’t know it’s named after my dear old dog. —It’s getting cold. —And so maybe if you’ve been thinking about getting pictures made you’ll think harder about doing it soon so you can be more comfortable/less bundled. [Assuming you’d like them outside.] —It’s too early to be listening to Christmas music, but it is not too early to be to be thinking about Christmas pictures. —It’s sad to me when people opt to not get pictures at all because they think they’ll be to expensive. So, in appreciation of Occupy Wall Street, I’ll give you a price that does fit your budget. [Just kidding. I always do that.]
So help a young girl fulfill her dreams, Hire me TODAY! [Maybe this will be my new slogan.]

Thanks for listening to my ramblings and, as always, re-blog/refer/recommend. The three R’s. It really does make a difference.
