a bright collection of strange victories

I have half the words to something not yet written stuck in my head… and even though I’ve scribbled what I know down on some scrape paper and even though I spelled “scrap” like “s-c-r-a-p-e”  and even though I drank a lot of free beer and got to call it a “class”… I still can’t put my finger on it… 

And if you don’t like the movie “Midnight in Paris” well then you can come over here and I’ll punch you in the throat.

And I really thought “Tree of Life” was beautiful and I felt something deep inside of me connect with the story and I felt the pains of growing up all over again… but was anyone else thinking, “Why are there fucking dinosaurs in this all of a sudden?” And I’m sure more people were thinking “Why aren’t there more dinosaurs in this,” but I’m just sayin…
